Baumatic recognises the importance of investing in Customer Care. Our training and standards reflect this to provide you with the best possible after sales experience.
All new Customer Care operatives receive a comprehensive induction course to welcome them. This course includes extensive product knowledge training, as well as controlling calls received from the consumer before being allowed to act independently.

The Platinum Service of Customer Care is a concept of embracing the customer seamlessly into a controlled logistical operation, capable of minimizing any disruption and inconvenience. Baumatic’s investment in our Customer Care has been immense. Headed by a core team of dedicated professionals, stringent new guidelines are now in place to ensure a trouble free after sales operation. The standard of Customer Care is of paramount importance to Baumatic and ensures our managerial team are of the highest calibre. Our Senior Engineer Controller and Engineer Team Managers oversee all engineer training, with regular sessions held at our dedicated training facility in Oxfordshire. They also attend calls with the engineers, to assess their competence, appearance and politeness, on a regular basis.All Baumatic Field Engineers are qualified to GAS SAFE and ACOPS requirements and wear corporate Baumatic clothing and carry identity cards at all times. |

Spare Parts
Baumatic has its own internal spares department, capable of dispatching requested items for all Baumatic appliances. The Spares Department is open from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
If orders are placed before 1:30pm Monday to Friday, the required spare part or parts, will be dispatched* the very same day! Technically qualified staff ensure the department not only provides a full stock of all parts and components for dispatch, but also acts as a customer care agent for location and identification of the components required.
